We'll be celebrating the 75th birthday of Battersea's memorial to its civilian war dead of 1939-45      by replanting its pergolas and the bed in front of it. Come along if you'd like to help out or just learn more about the history of this unique little monument.  Listed Grade II by Historic England, it was built in 1951 as part of the borough of Battersea's contribution to the Festival of Britain.  All tools and plants will be provided.
