Sambrook’s is London’s oldest independent brewery and the last in a long line of successive brewers to occupy the famous Ram Brewery site stretching all the way back to 1533. The tour starts with a tutored tasting of a couple of historic styled ales before moving into the Heritage Centre where various exhibits will be used to describe the complex history of the site and how beer has been brewed there for nearly five centuries.  The tours ends with a complimentary pint from the famous Sambrook’s cask ale range.
