Private view at the opening of the exhibition of short-listed and winning photographs

The winning and highly commended entries to the Battersea Society photography award were announced at a private view to which Battersea Society members were invited on Wednesday, 8 October. It was a lively and well-attended event at the RCA, who have supported the competition. The exhibition is open to the public 9-11 October, 11am-5pm.

This year’s competition, on the theme of “Community & Connections” celebrates the many communities within Battersea. The competition attracted a wide variety of entries from a diverse group of photographers but all the images were from Battersea.
