Julie and I moved to Battersea three years ago from Kent. I came to look after St Mary's Battersea for 18 months to help the church resolve issues of barges and moorings.  In Kent I worked as an Archdeacon in the Canterbury Diocese before being the Diocesan Secretary (CEO) and Julie worked as an Educational Psychologist. 

We had considered before moving to the Battersea area, having visited our daughter while she worked at the Royal Marsden. We are now happily embedded near the heliport, enjoying our grandchildren in Durham and Luxembourg and supporting my mother in a care home in Yorkshire.
