Battersea, Its Past, Its Future
This 2004 film "Battersea, Its Past, Its Future", produced and directed by Kevin Turner, is now available to watch online thanks to Current TV.
Things have moved on since the movie was made, with Treasury Holdings taking over from Parkview International, and we await the next stage of the saga when the newest version of plans for using the Power Station buildings and its extensive site are unveiled.
The film is notable for Parkview's Ian Rumgay's appearance in which he assures the viewers with sincerity that the building is safe in the company's hands. And there are long interviews with Battersea Power Station Community Group stalwarts Brian Barnes and Keith Garner (also a member of the Battersea Society).
The website of Treasury Holdings, the current owners of the buildings can be visited here
