Vote for your favourite landmark in Olympic poll
As part of the build up to the 2012 Olympic Games, residents are being asked to vote which landmark should represent Wandsworth on a set of Olympic Games pin badges. Three of the selected landmarks are in Battersea: the Power Station, Albert Bridge, and the Buddhist Peace Pagoda in Battersea Park. The fourth is Wandsworth Town Hall.
This scheme will, according to Sebastian Coe, chair of the London 2012 Organising Committee, "enable people to get involved in the London 2012 merchandise programme."
All 33 London boroughs are holding similar votes to decide the landmark that best represents their area.
To cast your vote visit london2012.com/landmark . The poll closes at midnight on Sunday 18 October 2009.
